About the role

Responsibilities
- Outcome-Driven Leadership: Engage product teams on structure, skills, leverage models, and measurement to align work with customer and business outcomes.
- Delivery Leadership and Advocacy: Champion fit-for-context methodologies, set cadence, remove roadblocks, and advocate for priorities.
- Craft Mastery: Coach junior professionals, experiment with new tools, and support AI Workflow Orchestrators.
- Communication: Inspire and influence stakeholders, communicate status accurately, and facilitate co-creation workshops.
- Discovery & Delivery Proficiency: Apply SDLC expertise, refine plans, and raise risks early.
- Customer-Centric Delivery: Drive lean solutions through rapid experimentation and engage customers throughout the delivery process.
- Operational Excellence: Build inclusive teams, remove obstacles, coach, and improve satisfaction and retention.
- Engagement and Collaborative Co-Creation: Foster a culture of co-creation, reconcile conflicting artifacts, and align diverse perspectives.
- Domain Expertise: Rapidly acquire domain-specific knowledge and navigate enterprise functions to drive product value and organizational alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of delivery management with direct experience leading cross-functional programs and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience operating inside Agile or Lean models and intent-driven, evidence-gated delivery patterns.
- Strong expertise in AI/Cloud FinOps, budget management, financial forecasting, vendor management, cost optimization, and data-driven delivery governance.
- Coordination at scale: Track record of managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and driving alignment across non-natural communication teams.
- Engineering fluency: Ability to follow technical conversations, ask useful questions, and challenge feasibility claims constructively.
- Evidence orientation: Comfortable measuring delivery by outcome validation rather than velocity proxies.
- Able to read and reason about charter, persona, intent, constitution, and blueprint artifacts and understand program governance.
- Communication: Writes clearly, presents to senior stakeholders without over formatting, and tells the truth about status, including bad news.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: 10+ years of delivery management, direct experience leading cross-functional programs, and experience in Agile/Lean models.
- Required Skills: Coordination at scale, engineering fluency, evidence orientation, ability to read and reason about artifacts, and communication skills.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,200 to $221,200.
Schedule
On average, 10% travel based on work requirements and client/industry sectors served.
