Essential Functions
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
- Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of database segmentation models.
- Accurately create and modify existing database queries to extract data for direct marketing programs.
- Manipulate and sort lists in preparation for direct marketing vendors.
- Create, manage and distribute direct marketing reports.
- Reconcile data across multiple databases to ensure accuracy in reporting and direct marketing lists.
- Research and recommend effective direct marketing approaches.
- Supports all operational department needs, helping to identify and implement process improvements.
- Serves as a training resource on analytic programming tools and methods.
- Cover system testing with IT.
- Investigate and solve data quality issues.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis upon request.
- Maintain professional relations with vendors and guests.
- Attend and participate in off property functions and events as assigned.
- Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the operation.
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Attend seminars when needed.
Education And /Or Experience Requirements
- Associate Or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry preferred.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
- Prior experience opening new properties/outlets strongly preferred.
Knowledge
- Knowledge Of SQL Server Management Studio/Query tools required (intermediate to advanced skills required).
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required).
- Microsoft Word, Access, and Powerpoint.
- Tableau or similar data visualization software preferred.
- Bally’s CMP, EBS, Kiosk and BI Tool experience preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $80,000 - $117,000
