About the role

We are seeking a fast-paced, client-facing MarTech Manager to lead marketing technology strategy, implementation, and troubleshooting across our diverse client portfolio. Operating at the intersection of media, data science, and creative, you will audit client stacks, architect privacy-resilient tracking solutions, and unlock advanced personalization capabilities. You must be comfortable managing multiple client tracks simultaneously, translating technical requirements for account teams, and pitching technical solutions to brand stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Auditing: Technical audit of new clients' tracking infrastructure; design custom implementation blueprints covering Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and customer data streams.
  • Signal Resiliency & Attribution: Implement Server-Side GTM and Conversions API (CAPI) protocols (Meta, Google, TikTok) to recover lost signals, improve match rates, and optimize performance marketing attribution for agency accounts.
  • Multi-Client CDP Management: Configure and manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to unify first-party data, build high-value audience segments, and push unified cohorts directly to multi-channel execution platforms.
  • Agency DCO Scalability: Partner with creative and programmatic media teams to set up data feeds and decisioning engines for Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns, ensuring seamless asset mapping and real-time execution.
  • Scope & Scope Definition: Collaborate with account directors to write technical Statements of Work (SOWs), estimate implementation hours, and act as the subject matter expert during new business pitches.

Qualifications

  • Enterprise GTM & GA4: Mastery of cross-domain tracking, custom data layers, server-side tagging architectures, and GA4 BigQuery configurations across diverse client tech stacks.
  • CAPI Specialists: Hands-on experience deploying direct or gateway-based server-side marketing APIs to improve performance media attribution.
  • CDP Operations: Experience managing multi-tenant or enterprise instances of tools like Segment, Tealium, or ActionIQ to orchestrate cross-channel data.
  • Agency Ad Tech Ecosystem: Expert-level knowledge of major ad servers and dynamic engines like Innovid, Flashtalking, or Google Campaign Manager 360.

Skills

  • Agency Background: 4+ years of experience working inside a digital media, programmatic, or full-service advertising agency environment.
  • Client-Facing Presence: Excellent executive presence and communication skills; capable of explaining complex data schemas, cookie deprecation, and tracking code to non-technical client brand managers.
  • Velocity & Agility: Proven ability to manage deliverables across 4 to 8 active client accounts concurrently under tight media launch deadlines.

Pay

$50,000 - $95,000

Schedule

To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
