Manager - Data Sciences

About the role

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is experienced in deploying and managing machine learning models at scale in production for our ML Operations team. The team is cross-functional, including Software Engineers and Data Science Engineers, and closely collaborates with data scientists and data engineers to operationalize ML models.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and monitor machine learning models using high-end tools and technologies.
• Perform data science quality assurance and testing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot in-production ML models and tools.
• Build and maintain production-level Python libraries.
• Execute best practices in version control and continuous integration/delivery.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing the machine learning lifecycle on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Kubeflow or MLflow.
• Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with agile environments.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Other forms of compensation, such as an annual performance-based bonus or sales incentive pay, may also be provided.
