Manager, Data Operations Integrations

We are seeking a Manager, Data Operations Integrations to join a leading Information Technology company. This role oversees data operations processes that keep file movement, delivery, and quality on track across critical integration workflows. The manager partners closely with team leads, cross‑functional stakeholders, and implementation teams to resolve issues, monitor performance trends, and support client onboarding efforts. The position also plays a leadership role in strengthening documentation, developing future leaders, and driving operational consistency within the data pipeline. This role is remote‑first (U.S.‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Manage teams responsible for file processing and delivery.
• Set clear standards for measuring team success.
• Coordinate with team leads to address performance trends and business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for client implementations and issue resolutions.
• Develop leadership qualities among current and potential leaders.
• Own sections of the data pipeline and ensure data quality.
• Manage comprehensive documentation of data processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare EDI transactions such as 834 and 835.
• 3+ years of experience with claims adjudication systems.
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).

Pay

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually.
