We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Xometry and Thomas etc. That's about the role? It's description of company and role context. Could go under "About the role" maybe. - "Thomas is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to manage its supplier-side yield, monetization and pricing analytics practice. This role reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics, based in Bethesda, MD." - Then description of contributions: bullet list under "How You’ll Contribute:" with sections: Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization, Pricing Strategy and Monetization Analysis, Category and Keyword Performance, Retention, Churn, and Win-Back Analytics, AI-Powered Analytics and Experimentation. Those are responsibilities. - Then "What You'll Bring to Xometry:" with bullet list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree ... OR Master's degree with 5+ years ... 6 or more years in pricing analytics... etc. Also list of skills: hands-on ML, churn models, SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, A/B testing, AI tools, communication, stakeholder partner, documented revenue impact, structured problem-solver, preferred B2B marketplace experience, churn and renewal modeling, experience with ad server platforms and CRM. - Then benefits: "We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more." - No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. - Also we might have "About the role" section: could include company description and role overview. - "Responsibilities": the How You'll Contribute bullet points. - "Qualifications": education and experience requirements. - "Skills": maybe the technical skills list. - "Benefits": the benefits paragraph. We must not invent sections like Pay or Schedule. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "based in Bethesda, MD", "reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics". Also specifics like "Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization: Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure. Surface pricing and inventory gaps before they appear in aggregate reporting." etc. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. No mention of "Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management" maybe we can include that in About the role? It's part of role description, not a heading. It's okay to include in prose. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. For over 125 years, Thomas has been the definitive resource for industrial buyers and suppliers across North America. Today, thomasnet.com is the leading digital platform for industrial product discovery and supplier selection connecting more than 1.4 million active buyers including engineers, procurement managers, and MRO professionals with over 500,000 North American manufacturers and distributors across 70,000 product categories. Thomas Analytics is the data and intelligence function at the heart of that network — owning the analytical infrastructure that connects buyer demand to supplier performance and drives Thomas's growth strategy. Thomas is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to manage its supplier-side yield, monetization and pricing analytics practice. This role reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics, based in Bethesda, MD.

    Responsibilities

    • Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization: Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure. Surface pricing and inventory gaps before they appear in aggregate reporting.
    • Pricing Strategy and Monetization Analysis: Own the analytical framework behind supplier advertising pricing and incentive programs. Quantify the revenue impact of discount and rebate programs.
    • Category and Keyword Performance: Build the category-level data model across Thomas's industrial verticals and identify under-monetized keyword inventory. Translate findings into expansion and pricing recommendations.
    • Retention, Churn, and Win-Back Analytics: Build predictive churn models using propensity and velocity scoring. Develop cohort analyses to surface early retention signals and provide prioritized recommendations to sales, customer success, and product.
    • AI-Powered Analytics and Experimentation: Apply AI and machine learning to build smarter pricing and retention models. Design and execute A/B tests across pricing and supplier engagement interventions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) with 7+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years.
    • 6 or more years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics at a marketplace, ad platform, or performance-based business.
    • Direct experience with lead-gen, pay-per-lead, or auction-based pricing models is strongly preferred.
    • Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, marketplace monetization, or two-sided platform economics.
    • Hands-on machine learning experience in a production environment, including classification, regression, and time series forecasting. You have built models that shipped, not just prototypes.
    • Demonstrated experience building churn propensity models, velocity scoring, and cohort retention analysis. You know how to find risk early and translate it into action.
    • Strong SQL and fluency with Snowflake, dbt, and Looker. You build the data models and dashboards yourself and do not wait for someone else to pull the data.
    • Hands-on A/B testing experience including test design, sample sizing, and interpreting results in a live marketplace or ad auction environment.
    • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, augment modeling workflows, and generate insights at scale.
    • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills — able to translate complex pricing and marketplace dynamics into clear narratives for general managers and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven stakeholder partner across Sales, finance, and product. You earn trust through rigor and consistency, not just output.
    • Documented, specific revenue impact from analytical work you personally owned and delivered.
    • A structured problem-solver comfortable diagnosing ambiguous marketplace and liquidity challenges and building the analytical framework to address them.

    Skills

    • Preferred B2B marketplace or supplier-side monetization experience.
    • Churn and renewal modeling for subscription-based marketplace or SaaS products.
    • Experience with ad server platforms and CRM systems in a monetization context.

    Benefits

We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more.

We should not include Pay or Schedule. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We preserved all substantive info. Did we lose any? Let's verify. From posting: - "Thomas is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to manage its supplier-side yield, monetization and pricing analytics practice. This role reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics, based in Bethesda, MD." Included. - "The person in this role will systematically unlock the revenue that already lives inside the Thomas network, through yield scoring, pricing optimization, keyword monetization, and supplier retention analytics." This is a sentence not captured. We missed that. Should include in About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add a sentence in About the role after the role description. - "This is a builder role and a senior partnership role at the same time. You will work directly with our General Manager, Product, Operations and Engineering Directors who run the business on data, serving as the analytical voice in the room, generating insights quickly, and connecting the dots across buyer demand, supplier performance, and revenue trends to drive faster decisions. You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and getting hands-on to build the model or dashboard that makes it real." Also missing. - Under "How You’ll Contribute:" we captured the bullet points but we might have missed some nuance: each bullet had a colon and description. We captured them but we might need to keep the exact phrasing. Let's verify each: Original bullet points: Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization: Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure. Surface pricing and inventory gaps before they appear in aggregate reporting. Pricing Strategy and Monetization Analysis: Own the analytical framework behind supplier advertising pricing and incentive programs. Quantify the revenue impact of discount and rebate programs Category and Keyword Performance: Build the category-level data model across Thomas's industrial verticals and identify under-monetized keyword inventory. Translate findings into expansion and pricing recommendations Retention, Churn, and Win-Back Analytics: Build predictive churn models using propensity and velocity scoring. Develop cohort analyses to surface early retention signals and provide prioritized recommendations to sales, customer success, and product AI-Powered Analytics and Experimentation: Apply AI and machine learning to build smarter pricing and retention models. Design and execute A/B tests across pricing and supplier engagement interventions We captured them but we omitted the period after rebate programs? It's okay. We also omitted the sentence about "You will work directly with our General Manager..." etc. Let's incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably About the role. Also we missed "The person in this role will systematically unlock the revenue that already lives inside the Thomas network, through yield scoring, pricing optimization, keyword monetization, and supplier retention analytics." Could be part of About the role. Let's update About the role paragraph to include those. Also we missed "You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and getting hands-on to build the model or dashboard that makes it real." Add. Now ensure we didn't lose any qualifications: The list includes "Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) with 7+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years". Actually original: "Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) with 7+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years". It cut off? Actually original: "Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) with 7+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years". Probably missing "or more"? but we keep as is. Also "6 or more years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics at a marketplace, ad platform, or performance-based business." included. "Direct experience with
