Manager, Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on banking products, client behavior, and performance trends.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Use SQL and Python (or similar programming languages) to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
• Build scalable analytical solutions and automate recurring processes.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and analytics team to improve data workflows and efficiency.
• Work closely with product, finance, and strategy teams to align analytics with business priorities.
• Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, helping them interpret data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience & Domain Knowledge: 5–7 years of experience in analytics, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong understanding of banking products, client segmentation, and business strategy.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python (or other programming languages with a willingness to learn Python). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Communication & Influence: Ability to distill complex data into simple, compelling insights. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Mindset: Curious, proactive, and impact-driven. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Pay

$74,000.00 - $138,000.00 Salaried
