Overview
EY South Africa is seeking a Cyber Security Manager with a strong delivery background to manage cybersecurity projects and programs.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years cybersecurity experience
- 3–5 years Manager level or equivalent experience
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity programmes and projects
- Strong project and program management capability
- Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines and risks
- Ability to lead local and offshore delivery teams
- Strong client engagement skills
- Ability to work across multiple engagements simultaneously
Preferred Technical Background
- Strong experience in: Cloud Security, Splunk, SIEM and SOC environments, Security Architecture, Security Monitoring, Cyber Operations, Threat Detection and Response, Vulnerability Management
- Experience in AI for Security Operations, Security Copilot, Security Automation, SOAR Platforms, Threat Intelligence
Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven cybersecurity project delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder and team management capability
