We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? The posting has "Position Summary" then "Essential Job Functions", then "Requirements" with subparts MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, then ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, Benefits. We need to decide which sections to include based on real content. We should include sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications, skills, abilities), Benefits. Possibly also Working Conditions? The instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have environmental/working conditions and physical requirements content. Should we include them? They are specific. Could be separate sections: Working Conditions, Physical Requirements. But we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. However they are distinct. Could combine into a "Working Conditions & Physical Requirements" section? But headings must be from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The allowed headings are those specific strings. We cannot invent other headings like "Working Conditions". So we must map content to allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited. So we can only use those headings. So we need to fit content into those categories. Thus we can have: -

About the role

with position summary. -

Responsibilities

with essential job functions. -

Requirements

maybe include minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities. -

Benefits

with benefits list. We should not include Pay or Schedule as not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from essential job functions, requirements, benefits. We need to format lists with

Requirements: We have MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. We could combine into a single Requirements section with sublists? But we must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple lists. We could have:

      Requirements

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 5 years manufacturing industry experience
      • 1 year in a Leadership or Manager role

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
      • Customer Service experience

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
      • Trend, forecasting, research, and competitive market knowledge
      • Ability to build professional relationships across functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization; must be able to clearly articulate ideas to both verbally and in writing
      • Detail oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      • Able to work independently, but also collaborate well with other departments
      • Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations and changing requirement while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
      • Proven ability to mentor teams, including maximizing performance and advancing careers
      • Proficient knowledge and experience with Business Objects, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, including skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
We could also include ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS but no allowed heading. Could we put them under Requirements as additional list? Might be okay to include as part of Requirements but they are not qualifications. However instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We could add a section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed heading. So we must either omit them or incorporate into existing allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could use "Qualifications" and "Skills" as separate headings. That might allow us to split content more granularly while still using allowed headings. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use any of those. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. That would be more specific and avoid thin sections? But we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. We have content for Qualifications (minimum and preferred qualifications) and Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities). Also we have environmental/working conditions and physical requirements - could we put those under Skills? Not really. Could we put them under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we omit them? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we must include them somewhere. If we cannot create a heading for them, we could embed them as a paragraph under an existing section, e.g., under Responsibilities or Requirements. That would preserve info while not creating a new heading. That seems acceptable. Thus we can add a paragraph after Requirements or Skills about working conditions and physical requirements. Let's decide: After Skills section, add a

containing the environmental/working conditions and physical requirements. Now Benefits section: list benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
