Required Skills:Extensive experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SemarchyDeep understanding of enterprise data architecture with a focus on customer domain modelingStrong people management skills with proven ability to lead and mentor technical teamsExpertise in integration architecture, including designing and implementing API-driven and event-based systemsProficiency in configuring and customizing MDM engines, including match & merge rules and survivorship logicSolid knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and modern SDLC practices Nice to Have Skills:Experience working with Data Governance frameworks and stewardship modelsExposure to Customer 360 initiatives, advanced analytics, or customer-facing platformsFamiliarity with IAM, entitlement, billing, or related customer engagement systemsKnowledge of AI-assisted matching or advanced entity resolution techniquesBackground in regulated or large-scale enterprise contexts Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldsOver 8 years of enterprise systems or data platform experience, including more than 4 years dedicated to managing enterprise Customer MDM platforms in production environments Other Requirements:Location preference includes onsite options in Westminster, CO, Dayton, OH, Lake Oswego, OR, or fully remote in the USTravel up to 10% may be required Bring your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for data excellence—apply now to influence the future of customer data management at a global level!
