Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights
About the Role
Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, is seeking a Manager, Omnichannel Analytics to provide leadership with ongoing visibility into Omnichannel performance across all brands. This role utilizes database, eCommerce, and digital marketing experience to extract actionable insights from disparate datasets, analyze trends, and propose solutions to drive eCommerce sales and overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics Projects (30%): Lead advanced analysis projects from initial scoping through delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
- Operationalizing Insights & Capabilities (30%): Develop and manage strategic roadmaps and measurement maturity plans, creating self-serve solutions through interactive insights tools like Tableau.
- Innovation Projects (20%): Support innovation initiatives such as bringing out-sourced capabilities in-house, onboarding new analytics solutions, testing Marketing Orchestration tools, and preparing for a Cookieless world.
- Ongoing Executive Stakeholder Delivery (10%): Provide recurring performance updates and monthly/quarterly snapshots on customer trends and delivery impact to senior executives.
- Analytics Evangelist and Coaching (10%): Educate the extended team on work-products and capabilities through presentations and identify coaching opportunities for the DAT team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in database management, eCommerce, and digital marketing, with a strong ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. Proficiency in tools like Tableau and a track record of driving business impact through analytics are essential.
