Manager, Custodial Services

Under the general supervision of the Director of Custodial Services, assist the Director in the daily coordination and supervision of the Custodial Services Department; train and supervise the performance of assigned staff.

Requirements

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by five years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial or maintenance work, including three years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college in a related field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

• Copy of a valid California Class C driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance (insurance card or declaration page; applicant's name must be listed).

Pay

$105,616-$131,050 in 7 annual steps. Salary placement based on experience.

Stipends: Master's Degree $2,000 per year, Doctoral additional $1,200 per year.

Schedule

245 work days per year, full-time (1.0 FTE). Shift assignment to be determined.
