Manager, CPG and Promotions

Overview

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions
• Support the growth and development of licensed and category partnerships
• Ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables and programs
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness
• Build deep internal and external relationships
• Escalate issues as needed and support effective resolution

Basic Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Promotions, Licensing, or related fields
• Experience in account management, partnership management, or business development

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and performance tracking
• Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools
• Experience in entertainment, media, or franchise-driven businesses
• Knowledge of licensing and brand partnerships

Additional Information

• Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 128,400.00.
• The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
• Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
• The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• This position is bonus eligible.
