Manager, Corporate Programs

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand internal customer pain points and create prioritized solutions
• Drive end-to-end Executive QBR planning cycles
• Maintain CORA's operating rhythms, including reporting and compliance representation
• Collaborate with technical teams for complex build requirements
• Maintain guidance, policies, and training resources for enablement
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to process and tooling challenges

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives
• Proven experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end
• Ability to transform ambiguous inputs into actionable plans
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for process solutions
• Proficient in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and AI for workflow automation
• Strong communication skills for facilitating dialogues with senior stakeholders
• Responsible use of generative AI for efficiency improvements

Pay

$166,345 – $195,700 annually
