Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives.
- Drive the change management process through support of analysts and shared service staff.
- Manage the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business transition plans, business readiness, and/or communication plans.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation strategies.
- Liaise with support functions in HR or corporate communications to help support an overall project initiative.
- Oversee the definition of training needs and delivery plans of various initiatives and lead the initiative involving company training specialists.
- Identify and develop risk mitigation and create resolution recommendations related to the delivery of the change program.
Skills
- Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
- Shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment, and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario.
- Demonstrate a change mindset as well as plan, execute and monitor activities during times of change whilst keeping performance levels up.
Requirements
General Experience: 6 to 10 years
Manager Experience: 7 to 12 months
Certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
