Manager, Contracts - Mission Systems (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and ensure compliance for proposal submissions
• Negotiate terms and conditions while managing contractual risks
• Serve as primary interface with Government and Prime customers
• Provide strategic contractual guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support program execution
• Investigate and resolve complex contractual matters while engaging stakeholders

Qualifications

• University Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 5 years in related field
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required by start date
• Experience administering DoD contracts and knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven track record in preparing and negotiating medium to high complexity proposals
• Leadership experience in contract negotiations, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
