Purpose
The Manager, Contract Management, OTTAVA U.S. supports the production, accuracy, and compliance of all OTTAVA contracts. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Contract Management & Deal Strategy. This role manages drafting, redlining, negotiation support, and documentation across capital, service, digital, and IT‑related agreements. The role ensures all contract elements align to policy, pricing, financial inputs, and CPC governance.
Responsibilities
- Managing contract intake, drafting, revisions, negotiation support, and execution
- Coordinating redlines and legal reviews; ensuring policy and pricing compliance
- Supporting assembly of complete contract packages that are accurate, timely, and aligned to approved deal strategy and pricing inputs
- Supporting the maintenance of the OTTAVA contract database and ensuring audit‑ready documentation
- Partnering with Finance, Legal, and Pricing Ops to resolve issues and facilitate internal approvals
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in MedTech Surgery, Polyphonic, and Enterprise teams to identify compliant and implementable contracting solutions aligned with business strategy
- Supporting identification and execution of initiatives to optimize systems, processes, and controls to track and manage the contracting process and reduce cycle times (i.e., digitally enabled workflows, template standardization)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in contract management, contract drafting or structuring, negotiations, or legal operations
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- MBA or JD preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, business models, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously
- Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically
Preferred
- Familiarity with contracting and redlining across multiple product categories, including capital equipment, service, and digital solutions preferred
- Familiarity with digital, software, data, and/or IT contracting preferred
- Familiarity with building digitally enabled workflows (CLM) preferred

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000.00 - $203,550.00. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Schedule
Role will require position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
