Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing sites in developing and improving maintenance plans
- Conduct assessments and develop improvement action plans for maintenance practices
- Manage maintenance systems and standards at the enterprise level
- Support readiness for new capital equipment maintenance
- Drive predictive maintenance strategy and best practice implementation
- Monitor performance metrics and initiate continuous improvement efforts
- Facilitate predictive maintenance meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in maintenance roles in manufacturing, including 5+ years as a maintenance manager
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and parts
- Deep experience in developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with AI-driven predictive maintenance technologies
- Strong advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
