Manager, Consulting - Central/East

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and coach consultants with AI competencies
• Foster a culture of resilience, experimentation, and adaptation within the team
• Partner with Sales to support regional bookings and training
• Engage with customers to understand needs and inform service offerings
• Manage team performance and fiscal health to ensure operational excellence
• Lead the transition to an AI-native professional services model by modernizing tools and methodologies
• Translate industry trends into actionable priorities for the team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS professional services with a proven track record navigating business pivots or technology shifts
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams or managing project teams
• Strong client management skills in pre- and post-sales environments
• Ability to anticipate and respond to how technology developments, especially AI, impact customer needs
• Proven ability to build influential relationships with go-to-market partners

Pay

$122,500 – $160,000 annually
