About the role
The Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits programs within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Oversee the administration of benefit plans including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market research.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of various compensation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
