Manager- Commercial Operations & Analytics

Job Summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage operations for ongoing client engagements in the life sciences/pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for team members regarding ongoing operations, process improvements, planned approaches for client requests, or transition of new deliverables
• Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness; consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
• Serve as a subject matter expert on current industry trends and analytical best practices in the life sciences industry
• Build and plan out complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes
• Direct the activities of data processing and analytics teams that produce hundreds of high-touch reports and analyses, including executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, and scorecards
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry
• Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions, specifically: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) and experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills
• Experience as a team leader or people manager
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
