About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Commercial Execution – Walmart to drive dependable execution across Walmart stores, Walmart.com, distribution centers, and merchant/replenishment teams. This hands-on role aligns Walmart’s Merchant and MerchX teams with SharkNinja Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Sales Operations to ensure consistent demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management. You will be accountable for a 95% fill rate, 97.5% in-stock performance, and forecast-accuracy goals while maintaining efficient inventory levels.

This role leverages Scintilla data, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to automate analysis, identify risks, and improve replenishment decisions—freeing time for strategic relationships and business-driving actions. The goal: ensure Walmart customers can find and purchase SharkNinja products wherever they shop.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with Walmart’s Merchant and MerchX teams, aligning on forecast changes, replenishment policies, order flow, inventory risks, and category priorities.
  • Partner daily with SharkNinja Sales and cross-functional teams to translate promotions, product launches, modular transitions, and commercial priorities into clear supply and replenishment actions.
  • Own the quality of Walmart system forecasts for assigned categories, ensuring demand signals are accurately reflected in SharkNinja’s demand-planning and consensus-forecast processes.
  • Monitor real-time and weekly business signals (POS, forecast accuracy, fill rate, in-stock performance, weeks of supply, DC inventory, order flow) to identify root causes and recommend corrective action.
  • Optimize replenishment settings and item-level execution, including forecast parameters, replenishment policies, item-setting integrity, lead times, ship points, and other inputs influencing availability.
  • Manage order-flow health with Customer Service and Supply Planning, including PO creation, confirmation, allocation, shipment timing, and fill-rate recovery actions.
  • Execute inventory strategies for assigned categories, including Direct Import, seasonal inventory builds, launch readiness, modular resets, and in-stock optimization.
  • Own Walmart supply-chain scorecards and action plans for assigned categories, including OTIF, SQEP, Supplier One, and other service/compliance measures.
  • Build repeatable operating routines and reporting using Scintilla, Retail Link, automation, and AI-enabled tools to highlight risks, opportunities, decisions, and owners.
  • Support Joint Business Planning and customer reviews by providing an accurate operational view of forecast, inventory, supply risk, and execution readiness; escalate issues early with recommended solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in CPFR, customer supply chain, replenishment, demand planning, sales operations, or inventory management within consumer products, retail, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting a large retailer or retailer-dedicated supplier team; direct Walmart experience strongly preferred.
  • Working proficiency with Walmart data and replenishment tools, including Retail Link and Scintilla.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into clear recommendations.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across retailer and internal teams without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Walmart replenishment systems (GRS, TMS, NOVA, Aspen, Supplier One, or related tools).
  • Experience supporting Direct Import, modular transitions, major promotions, seasonal inventory builds, or new-product launches.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, forecasting applications, workflow automation, or AI-enabled analytics.
  • Experience contributing to Joint Business Planning or retailer supply-chain reviews.

Core Competencies

  • Rarely Satisfied: Challenges assumptions and seeks continuous improvement in availability, forecast accuracy, and execution.
  • Progress Over Perfection: Acts quickly with available information, tests solutions, and adjusts as new data emerges.
  • Details Make the Difference: Ensures accuracy in item, forecast, order, and inventory data while focusing on broader business goals.
  • Winning Is a Team Sport: Fosters alignment among Walmart, Sales, Planning, Customer Service, and Operations partners.
  • Communicating for Impact: Leads with solutions, explains business implications, and defines actions, owners, and timelines.

Pay

Annual salary range: $82,500–$171,600 USD.

Benefits
