Manager, Collections & Recoveries
About the role
The Manager, Collections & Recoveries role is pivotal in driving collections and recovery performance across a network of third-party vendors within a master servicer model. This role translates strategy into action, holds vendors accountable to defined performance targets, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve collections effectiveness, cost efficiency, and borrower experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive collections and recovery performance across a network of third-party vendors within a master servicer model
- Translate strategy into action, hold vendors accountable to defined performance targets
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve collections effectiveness, cost efficiency, and borrower experience
- Play a critical role in delivering portfolio outcomes
- Execute and optimize strategies across early- and late-stage delinquency (1-120+ days past due) and post charge-off recoveries
Requirements

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is above. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience: $70,000 (entry level qualifications) to $80,000 (highly experienced).
