Job Summary
Carries out the management of the Colleague Accommodation operation including colleague housing and colleague facilities ensuring that all Colleague Accommodation facilities and services are maintained in a professional and acceptable manner.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in the day to day
- Continuously maintains the living standards of the Colleague Accommodation in terms of cost savings, maintaining facility equipment, ensuring discipline, and providing good resting and recreation facilities for team members
- Ensures that Colleague Accommodation public areas and perimeters are kept clean and neat
- Ensures all notice boards within the Colleague Accommodation are maintained to an acceptable standard
- Liaises with the Engineering department regarding any maintenance within the Colleague Accommodation via logging of requests through systems on a daily basis
- Ensures that reasonable accommodation requests from team members are followed up on
- Ensures that materials and equipment needed in the operation of the Colleague Accommodation, colleague kitchen and employee recreation are available and in good work condition
- Carrries out daily inspection of all public area facilities ensuring that cleaning and maintenance work is executed accordingly
- Organizes team events in coordination with the Human Resources Manager/Director
- Carrries out regular inspections of staff rooms in coordination with Security to ensure constant cleanliness and proper upkeep by team members, as well as to retrieve Resort equipment/property
- Cooordinates with the Security department regarding the security and safety of accommodation facilities and team members, emergency cases that involve accidents, theft and employee misunderstandings
- Ensures that outsiders and non-employees do not enter the Colleague Accommodation without proper authorization and identification
- Manages the room allocations according to the arrival and departure list on a daily basis
- Ensures that all arrival rooms are prepared for new team members joining and that all standards are met
- Oversees ordering of weekly chemicals and cleaning products
- Maintains files and records of team accommodation and team activities
- Carrries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Assists with any Human Resources related duties as and when required by Management
- Attends Human Resources monthly meetings, daily briefings and all other related meetings
- Checks Colleague Accommodation water and electricity monthly consumption, and makes progress report and suggestions to Director of Human Resources and Engineering department
- Maintains a satisfactory conduct of health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Should have excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English
- Solid administration and computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office
- Must be able to work in a team orientation
- Should be flexible and able to work in a multi-tasking role
- Should have minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree level education in a related field

Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
- Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 30 pounds
- Remaining in a stationary position for long periods
- Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
