Manager, CM (RN)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, CM (RN) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote leadership role will oversee care management operations with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, team performance, and effective case resolution. The ideal candidate will guide daily staff activities, support program oversight, and partner across teams to improve member outcomes and care delivery processes. This position also requires proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to use data and metrics to drive goals and operational effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,900 – $190,500 annually Responsibilities Oversee care management documentation for regulatory compliance Develop and implement policies based on industry standards Direct daily activities of care management staff Manage escalations and complex case resolutions Contribute to care management program oversight Perform outreach to assess member needs Set goals for the care management team and monitor metrics Qualifications Active RN license in the state of California required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or bachelor's degree 5+ years of related experience Experience in Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM) preferred Strong management and communication skills Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules, including remote options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
