Manager Clinical Quality

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will oversee clinical quality programs and help ensure performance goals, compliance standards, and corrective actions are effectively managed. The Manager Clinical Quality will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to identify gaps, drive improvements, and strengthen overall quality performance. This position also carries leadership responsibility for staffing, budgeting, coaching team members, and communicating results and resource needs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and performance measures for clinical quality programs
• Manage team resources, including staffing and budget
• Monitor performance and compliance with quality measures and deadlines
• Investigate and address recurring quality performance gaps
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams on quality initiatives and improvements
• Evaluate and coach team members to enhance their capabilities
• Report quality results and resource needs to leadership

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in clinical quality management or a related field
• Proven record of leading teams and managing projects
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring quality measures
• Experience coordinating with clinical and operational leaders
• Background in performance improvement and corrective action planning

Pay

$103,043 – $154,563 annually
