Manager Clinical Operations RN - Enhanced Care Management (ECM)

About the role

The Manager of Operations is responsible for the planning, organizing and managing of operations in conjunction with the Executive Director. This position is responsible for and provides direct oversight of administrative support services. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with managing clinics. Reports directly to the Executive Director of Employer Wellness.

Requirements

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Master’s Degree in a related field

Pay

Pay range: $68.94 – $108.84 (base pay). Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full‑time position; day shift.
