About the role

To run a safe, reliable, patient-first clinic that delivers high-quality care and an outstanding experience by orchestrating people, processes, and technology across front office, clinical teams, and providers. The Center Administrator works onsite and reports to the Associate Operations Director.

Operational Orchestrator: You will drive a smooth clinic rhythm, ensuring on-time starts and fast resolution of flow bottlenecks.

Safety Guardian: You will maintain a "High Reliability Organization" culture, ensuring the clinic is audit-ready every single day.

People Developer: You will build stable, engaged teams through structured coaching, clear expectations, and visible skill growth paths.

Data-Driven Leader: You will use real-time data from reports to make informed decisions that improve clinical quality and financial stewardship.

About CenterWell Senior Primary Care: CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, minor injury treatment and more.
