Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Track and analyze client performance metrics
  • Define and implement best practices for account management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in client management, account management, or customer success roles
  • Required experience in healthcare insurance or healthcare audit industry
  • Experience in leading or mentoring teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proficiency in project management and data tools

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
