Manager, Client Success | Remote, USA

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Success to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee client success efforts within cyber operations, ensuring strong service delivery and a high-quality client experience. The manager will partner closely with internal teams to align expectations, resolve escalations, and strengthen service integration across the client lifecycle. Success in this position will be measured by service consistency, contract compliance, and actionable improvements that drive client satisfaction.
