Manager, Client Service

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Service to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee day-to-day client service operations, ensuring the team delivers consistent support and responsive issue resolution in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will lead service priorities, guide team performance, and help maintain continuity during periods of elevated market activity and seasonal demand. The position also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to resolve complex escalations, improve recurring processes, and strengthen the client experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily client service activities to ensure consistent service levels Prioritize resources based on market activity and seasonal demands Step in during high-stress periods to maintain service continuity Own complex escalated service issues involving various stakeholders Drive issue resolution through effective coordination and judgment Identify and address recurring issues with stakeholders Retain a limited CSA workload for direct client engagement Qualifications 5+ years in financial services, including 3+ years in the RIA industry 2+ years managing service-oriented teams preferred Strong leadership with integrity and sound judgment Proven ability to resolve complex service issues independently Excellent coaching and team development skills Commitment to exceptional client service Fluency with CRM and workflow tools such as Salesforce and Orion Benefits Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan with company contributions Annual cash bonus potential Support for professional growth and development initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
