Manager Client Project Management

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to project managers within the value stream
• Assist project managers in delivering successful projects
• Allocate resources and resolve scheduling conflicts across teams
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project statuses are communicated and issues addressed
• Validate project budgets and ensure timely tracking of progress
• Facilitate lessons learned and document project artifacts
• Lead resolution efforts for high-priority projects and manage escalations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 7 years of Project Delivery Experience
• 7 years of Client Relationship Management
• 3 years of Team Leadership and Management (preferred)
• PMI - Project Management Professional certification (preferred)

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
