About the role
We're bringing together a smart and passionate team of creative builders as we continue to grow as a high-performance startup. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns under the guidance of a Senior Client Services Manager and/or Director
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Coordinate across internal teams (Creative, Talent, Strategy, Paid Media, Legal) to move campaigns from kickoff through delivery
- Source and vet creators aligned to a brand’s campaign objectives and guidelines
- Own the creator workflow, including briefing, collecting content, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions
- Negotiate and contract creators across campaigns in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor campaign progress, proactively flag risks or delays, and help identify solutions to keep projects on track
- Support development of client-facing materials, including status updates, reporting, and wrap decks
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with external partners
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, and/or social media
- Strong understanding of the creator and influencer landscape, including platform trends and content formats
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Comfort supporting client-facing conversations and communications
- Experience with creator negotiations and contracting is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com (or similar), and creator marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ)
- Passion for social media, internet culture, and creator-led storytelling, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative

Pay
