Manager Case Management/Social Services - 154789
Description
Provides day-to-day oversight of designated departments across multiple sites including Twin Falls, Jerome, and Wood River. Oversees leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education for staff. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure understanding and adherence to standards of practice and relevant policies and procedures for area of oversight.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in nursing or master's in social work
- Experience: 6 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a license in the state of practice in one of the following: RN, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
