What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and coach a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches
- Lead recruitment efforts and strategically scale a high-impact coaching team
- Manage and develop career coaching staff to drive student-centered outcomes
- Proven leader with strong managerial capabilities
- Deliver personalized career coaching (resume development, interview preparation, job search strategy, career transitions)
- Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs that drive engagement and outcomes
- Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the academic experience
- Drive adoption of digital career tools and platforms while tracking and reporting on program outcomes and student success metrics
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated years of management experience, including building, leading, and developing teams in a fast-paced, student-focused environment
- Experience in career development, higher education, HR, or a related field
- Proven ability to coach or advise students, alumni, and adult learners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience developing training materials, workshop content, and student engagement initiatives
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report data to inform programming and decision-making
- Familiarity with career services platforms such as Handshake, Big Interview, Interstride, or similar systems
- Entrepreneurial approach to building programs, engaging students, and solving problems
