About the role

The Manager CAFE II position at Titusville High School is responsible for overseeing the cafeteria operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria including menu planning, ordering, and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and train new employees.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive customer service environment.
• Coordinate with other school departments to ensure smooth operation of school events and activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in food service management.
• Valid Florida Food Handler’s Permit.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Food Manager’s Certification.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule
