About the role
The Manager CAFE II position at Titusville High School is responsible for overseeing the cafeteria operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria including menu planning, ordering, and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and train new employees.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive customer service environment.
- Coordinate with other school departments to ensure smooth operation of school events and activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Valid Florida Food Handler’s Permit.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida Food Manager’s Certification.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
