Responsibilities
- Identify key metrics and insights for business strategies and decisions
- Design and deliver comprehensive reports synthesizing data from multiple sources
- Present findings and insights to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity
- Train and support CBU and CBT teams in utilizing reporting tools and interpreting data
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, or related roles, preferably within the consumer packaged goods or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in syndicated market data and familiarity with BI/OLAP platforms and solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Econometrics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred
- Experience at a Tier 1 Management Consulting firm preferred
- Knowledge of scenario planning, war-gaming, and optimization techniques preferred
Benefits
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $118k-178k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant).
