Manager, Business Enablement, Value Generation & Optimization
About the role
The Manager, Site Business Enablement supports the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement, focusing on efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement Lead, Site Business Enablement, this role partners with site and functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the identification and execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization opportunities.
- Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives.
- Analyze spend, process, and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost avoidance, and improved business performance across sites.
- Drive tail spend optimization efforts through spend analysis, opportunity assessment, solution implementation, and tracking of benefit realization.
- Enable implementation and expansion of catalog strategies to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and standardization opportunities.
- Manage and monitor change management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Accountable for monitoring project progress, tracking benefits, and communicating results, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Develop scalable, repeatable approaches that enhance operational consistency across sites.
- Contribute to delivery of P&L impact through savings, efficiency gains, and value realization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and business value delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, business enablement, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvement strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of accountability, urgency, and professionalism.
- Experience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.

Pay
$109,500 - $208,500 USD
Schedule
Primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
