MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities

The Manager of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department. The Manager is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Manager is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or sales is required, Master's degree in marketing, business or sales is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, marketing.
• A working knowledge of behavioral health inpatient and outpatient operations.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record {no tickets, violations}.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time.
