This role serves as a trusted analytics partner across multiple U.S. Rare Disease brand teams, driving data-informed decision making and commercial excellence. The Manager translates complex data into actionable insights, shapes performance measurement strategies, and delivers analytics that influence brand, marketing, and commercial priorities. The role leverages advanced analytics to identify opportunities, assess business performance, and support key business decisions, partnering cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Forecasting, Data Management, Operations, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards to support performance monitoring and data-driven decision making for U.S. Rare Disease brands.
  • Conduct analyses using claims, prescription, specialty pharmacy/specialty distributor, sales, and customer engagement (CRM) datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance drivers.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights through impactful presentations and executive-ready summaries for business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the analytics partner to Rare Disease brand teams, providing data-driven recommendations that support commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Proactively partner with Data Management, Data Operations, MDM, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely reporting and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive reporting efficiency and data quality initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve data governance.
  • Support business reviews, forecasting, marketing, and commercial planning processes through ad hoc analyses and performance insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders to align analytics deliverables with evolving business priorities.
  • Leverage analytics tools, data assets, and industry best practices to advance reporting capabilities and support informed decision making across the Rare Disease Business Unit.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4-6 years in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics, insights, commercial analytics, or life sciences consultancy roles.
  • Proficient technical skills in modern analytics tech stack, such as SQL, advanced Excel modeling, cloud-based analytics platforms, programming languages (Python/R), visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical secondary data, claims, real-world data (RWD), specialty pharmacy/distributor data, sales performance analytics, CRM/call data analysis; knowledge of master data management (MDM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment; agile mindset to pivot priorities to best service evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,500 - $134,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
