Manager - BI Consulting (Power BI)

The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients. Job Duties: Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiativesAnalyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processesCommunicate data architecture to development teamsConsult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met - wireframing, prototyping, etcUtilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboardsPartner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutionsManage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvementsWork with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholdersLead validation efforts to ensure data qualityIdentify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field8-12 years of experience in a BI consulting or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting roleMust have experience in setting up processes(data governance, Analytics, platform access, license management related)Experience with PowerBI is a mustKnowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is highly desiredExperience or familiarity with the CPG/retail industry is a big plusExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
