Manager , Audit & Assurance Growth

About the role

Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance (A&A) Growth Team is seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market and build a portfolio of strategic targets
• Support individual professionals and account teams with company and competitor research, relationship mapping, and action plans
• Drive a growth culture mentality within the A&A practice by meeting with and presenting to partners and staff
• Develop and execute internal communications strategy in support of the market’s A&A growth program
• Act as a subject-matter expert for local Audit & Assurance practice on marketplace and industry developments
• Leverage Salesforce CRM system to track progress of full-service accounts and report on overall target list
• Lead and contribute to special projects as needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Meet with account teams to vet/support/revise strategic plans for priority accounts
• Be a trusted advisor to the office and growth leaders in your market(s)
• Help develop and execute internal communications strategy in support of the market’s A&A growth program as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience in marketing, pursuit management, or business development
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
• Excellent relationship development and persuasive skills—at all levels of the organization
• Strong project- and people-management skills
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Pay

The wage range for this role is $84,300 to $173,300. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.
