About the role
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage all human resources activities including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee the implementation of company training programs.
- Support the management team with strategic human resource decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in HR operations.
