Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead specific departments with the following responsibilities:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, fast, and safe food, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure crew members are recognized, motivated, and supported throughout their employment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
