Manager

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew members, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and support their development and motivation.

Responsibilities

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Positive team player with a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Flexible schedules and the ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing workplace are essential.

Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are required.
