Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food and service, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees.
Responsibilities
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
