Managers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Responsibilities vary by department:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensures crew and managers deliver excellent customer service, implements sales promotions, trains staff on service procedures, and organizes Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensures high-quality, fast, and safe food production, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hires and trains qualified crew, schedules staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensures crew are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
