Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) with specific focus areas:
  • Guest Service: Oversee Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas; train staff on service procedures; execute sales promotions; and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Kitchen: Ensure fast, high-quality food production; maintain food safety standards; control food costs; and train staff on menu items and procedures.
  • People: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals; onboard new employees; and recognize/motivate staff.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results to the team and other managers.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
