About the role
Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will ensure the store runs smoothly and your team provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include meeting overall objectives and maintaining corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance, and visual presentation. You will also focus on effective recruiting, training, and staff development to motivate and inspire your team.
Responsibilities
- Sales
- Optimize the performance and profitability of your store.
- Train team members in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales results and implement innovative solutions to boost sales.
- Schedule employees based on performance and in-store traffic.
- Set and communicate sales goals, creating actionable plans to achieve them.
- Keep the regional manager informed on store tasks and activities.
- Human Resources
- Mobilize your team and foster a positive work environment that encourages excellence and pride in being part of La Vie en Rose.
- Bring the company’s vision, mission, and brand culture to life and share them with your team.
- Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspirational role model.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performance teams, sourcing the best candidates for various roles.
- Plan work schedules, manage absences and lateness, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage labour disputes and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with corporate policies and the law.
- Marketing and Visual Presentation
- Master product knowledge and technical features.
- Create an attractive and inviting store using planograms.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends.
- Build a loyal customer base by showcasing the brand image and fostering relationships.
- Develop action plans to improve inventory management results.
- Plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setups.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store and backstore.
- Collaborate with mall administration.
- Administration
- Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
- Open and close the store with the assistance of your managers.
- Efficiently manage all controllable store expenses.
- Collaborate with the head office on projects and requests.
- Respect and apply policies and procedures from various head office departments.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Pay
Annual salary: $60,000 - $64,000.
