About the role

We are seeking an energetic and organized Store Manager to lead our team and handle daily shop operations. You will drive sales, manage team members, keep food costs low, and ensure every guest receives a high-quality meal and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and coach Assistant Managers and Sandwich Artists.
• Oversee prep work, bread baking, and food safety standards.
• Monitor food costs, handle inventory orders, and manage labor hours to hit profit goals.
• Maintain a friendly, clean, and fast-paced environment for guests.
• Ensure full compliance with all local health regulations and corporate brand rules.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, basic math, and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak busy hours, nights, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).

Pay

Hourly Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
